Thousands of Illegal Votes by People Who Moved Out of State
Nahshon Garrett, a national wrestling champion, said on The Ingraham Angle show that someone voted for him in Arizona by mail after he moved out of Arizona to Tennessee five months ago. Maricopa County’s voter portal showed that “his” ballot was signature verified and counted on Oct 20, 2020. Mr. Garret indicated that he already voted in Tennessee and never received an Arizona absentee ballot.
Multiple expert analysts and witnesses reported that a large number of people were found to have received and submitted a mail-in ballot under the name of a voter who has moved out of state and no longer resides at the address where that voter was registered.
An analysis conducted by Voter Integrity Project verified that in Georgia, 20,311 absentee voters cast their ballots after having moved out of state, and these voters appeared to have remained on the voter rolls in the 2020 election. The table below shows the count of out-of-state voters and those who also registered in other states, among the six swing states. (PA: 14,328; Michigan: 13,048; Nevada: 8,443; Wisconsin: 6,848; Arizona: 5,726.)
The project director Matthew Braynard explained the methodology in a sworn affidavit: “Taking the [target] State’s database of all absentee or early voters and matched those voters to the NCOA (National Change of Address) database for the day after Election Day. This data identified 7,426 voters who had moved out of the State (PA) prior to Election Day. Further, by comparing the other 49 states’ voter databases to the State’s (PA) database, he identified 7,051 (in PA) who registered to vote in a state other than the State (PA) subsequent to the date they registered to vote in the State (PA). When merging these two lists and removing the duplicates, and accounting for moves that would not cause an individual to lose their residency and eligibility to vote under State (PA) law, these voters total 14,328.”
Braynard also told Fox News that their team has filed a 500-page affidavit of their findings, and had sent the list of the 21,000 illegal ballots to the Georgia governor, attorney general, and secretary of state of Georgia with a USB with evidence. He asserted that “the number of ballots that are strongly indicated as illegally cast [in Georgia] surpass the margin of victory in the presidential election.” He also noted that the FBI reached out to him about his group’s findings and he “delivered to the agency all of our data, including names, addresses, phone numbers, etc..” As it stands, Biden won Georgia by 11,779 votes.
A lawsuit filed in Nevada alleged that at least 15,000 mail-in absentee ballots were “received in Nevada from voters who were also known to have voted in other states.” John Doe, a poll worker in Las Vegas, Nevada, reported that there were as many as 50 ballots per day being delivered to homes vacated by their former residents. He also alleged that poll workers were not consistent in their procedures when checking voters in to vote about whether they accepted California or Nevada Voter Identification as proof of eligibility to register to vote.
